Optilene® Mesh Elastic is a light-weight large pore monofilament polypropylene mesh. Due to the exact elasticity of the abdominal wall it is able to adapt to all movements taking place. The new honeycomb like structure, with one of the largest pores available on the market, permits an ideal healing and the formation of an elastic scar. Optilene® Mesh Elastic is ideal for incisional hernia repair and can also be used to repair inguinal hernias.
