B. Braun India among “Best Companies to Work for”
B. Braun Medical India has progressed in 2012’s list to be among the best 25 companies from best 100 companies list in 2011.
It leaped to 21st rank in 2012 from 71st rank in 2011 in the "Best Companies to Work for" study among employees strength less than 1000 conducted by the Economic Times [ET ] and Great Place to Work ® Institute-India.
B. Braun Medical India also achieved the 2nd rank in the "Healthcare" sector. The 2012 Study surveyed about 500 best organizations across industries to measure the level of trust, pride and camaraderie among people. The study also assessed organizational philosophy, values, and people related policies & practices to determine the Top 25 Best Companies to work for 2012 in the country.
The awards were presented in the ceremony held at Lalit Intercontinental, Mumbai on 13th July 2012. The study results were covered by The Economic Times on 16th July 2012 through its special supplement on "India's Best Companies to Work for 2012".

The Great Place To Work® Trust team was impressed by several practices that were discovered in the Culture Audit© conducted by their team. For example the ‘Star Performer award’, which was introduced to recognize the best Sales& Marketing achievers from various countries amongst the Asia-Pacific group, the second initiative of the LEAP- Leading & Empowering to Astonishing Performance-program that supports managers to engage their team better, influence more easily, build bonds faster and get business outcomes. B. Braun India also conducts ‘Train the trainer’[TTT] classes wherein potential trainers undergo a very intense TTT workshop of various modules and are expected to conduct a practice sessions spread throughout year on small groups.
