Once the development of a new product and its manufacturing process have been completed, large-scale production can begin. For this B. Braun uses the latest technologies and procedures. Most of the machines and processes used are designed by B. Braun itself so that quality and technical requirements for production can be fulfilled at all times. At the beginning of the manufacturing process the incoming supplies are first checked. Further quality tests accompany the direct manufacturing process. At the end a final inspection is carried out before a product is released for delivery. This includes sterilization – so that bacteria & co. have no chance at all.
