Adrian Ramos is a robotics engineer at B. Braun New Ventures in Freiburg, Germany. He and his team develop robots that can save precious time during surgery. He describes how his agile team works together and why B. Braun is the perfect employer for him.

Fadzilah Jaafar is Head of Instrument Production in Penang, Malaysia. With her team of over 700 employees, she is responsible for manufacturing surgical scissors, forceps,and many other medical instruments. Johnathan Apgar has been working and traveling as a repair technician for B. Braun in New Jersey, USA, for ten years.
