Trainee JUMP Program in Eastern Europe
JUMP (Journey to Unleash Mobility and Potential) is here to transform your future and the future of health care. We are looking for driven and curious young professionals who want to make a difference by protecting and improving the health of people around the world. Our program will challenge you to innovate, grow, and take ownership, while providing you with the mentorship and tools to advance your career.

All Trainees start in the Sales Department to build a strong foundation in understanding B. Braun's profile and especially our customers' needs.
This stage includes job rotations designed to provide a deep understanding of how departments collaborate to drive B. Braun’s strategic goals and impact sales performance.
The final job rotation supports participants in successfully transitioning into a permanent role by completing the program and achieving full integration within B. Braun.
The program will start in September 2026. Then all program participants will be introduced to the company and their role.

Yes, the assignment abroad is mandatory, since job rotation and global exposure are some of our program's prerequisites.
Yes, there will be a mentor serving as the primary point of contact for the trainee throughout the program.
Successful program participants will be considered for crucial positions in their area of expertise.
