Description: The training wants to enable participants to
know the basics in microbiology and modes of transmission.
know the IC product range of B. Braun and the strategic focus.
be able to define the composition and the field of application.
be able to offer the customer complete solutions in the field of IC.
Target group: The training is aimed for Avitum employees that deal with IC products.
Duration:
Online training of 30 minutes
Training of 2.5 days (with travel 3.5 days) at the production site Sempach
Language: English
Headcount of attendance: min. 5, max. 10 participants
Description: The training wants to enable participants to
know the standard hygiene precautions recommended by the WHO and acknowledge the indispensable need for implementation in the healthcare facilities
know the areas of competence, hierarchies, and implementation processes in professionally managed healthcare facilities
know internationally valid measures of monitoring and prevention of nosocomial infections and transmissible infectious diseases (prevent, detect, fight)
know IC in practice
be able to identify process-relevant weaknesses and offer relevant product solutions of B. Braun
name at least 5 reasons why B. Braun is the professional partner for the future needs in infection prevention
Target group: Local colleagues with focus to infection control topics (Product Management; Marketing & Sales, Application/Clinical Specialists).
Duration:
Online training of 20 minutes and approximately 1 hour literature review prior the classroom training
Classroom Training of 2 days (with travel 3 days) at the production site Sempach (Infection Control) incl. hospital visit with a learning task
Requirements: Successful participation of the Infection Control (Product, Therapy, Market) training
