ForPatientApp components
ForPatienApp consists of intuitive user interfaces, including a dashboard for healthcare professionals and a personal application for patients, which runs on mobile phones and tablets.
Hospital administrators and clinical professionals have access to ForPatientApp data via a browserbased, professional dashboard. Here you can track the stages of patients‘ journeys as well as their individual progress. Along with the digital delivery of Patient Reported Outcome and Experience Measures (PROMs and PREMs), the dashboard gives visibility and transparency into patient data and recovery. Questionnaires and scoring criteria can be set up to best match each patient.
Patients can download ForPatientApp from the AppStore or Google Playstore to their mobile device and access the app as soon as the hospital has registered its dashboard. The pathway can be configured according to the hospital´s protocol. Synchronizing data access in this way ensures that patients get the right information and the right time in order to engage and support them on their health journey.
