On February 7, 2024, the Management Board of B. Braun SE adopted the "Policy Statement of Principles of B. Braun SE on Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence".
This Policy Statement reinforces the actions outlined in the Code of Conduct and the “B. Braun Declaration of Human Rights” for the supply chain and own business operations in accordance with the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act applicable in Germany.
The publication of this Policy Statement further underscores B. Braun’s commitment to upholding human rights and environmental standards. The Policy Statement strengthens the company's efforts to integrate these principles into its daily business practices and to ensure that they are respected throughout the supply chain.
