Each component is automatically tested after every restart, contributing to an error-free operation. In case of issues, automatic and display emergency modes provide added security. With an extended maintenance interval of 24 months1 and flexible design options — linear, cube, or L-shaped—AQUAboss nX adapts to your needs.
AQUAboss nX features an intuitive user concept for easy navigation, quick error identification, and quiet operation. The 15” touchscreen display offers a clear, user-friendly menu.4 Remote monitoring lets you track key process parameters from anywhere in the world. The energy savings are mainly achieved through the use of frequency-controlled circulation pumps, which supply additional energy to the system as needed. Furthermore, frequency-controlled pumps have improved output so that only as much permeate is produced as is actually required.
In the event of a fault or alarm, AQUAboss nX automatically switches to emergency mode, to markedly reduce likelihood of treatment interruptions. This also makes work easier for clinical staff, as no manual adjustments to the system are necessary.
The horizontal positioning of the membranes makes maintenance much easier for technicians, as the membrane housing does not have to be dismantled. Membrane replacement can be carried out more efficiently, and the system’s mechanical design is simplified. Additionally, this design makes it easier to upgrade the device.
